Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Carefully disassemble your machine and pack it securely in its original packaging, including all manuals, tools, and power adapters to prevent transit damage.

Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or coordinate a specialized carrier pickup for larger fitness equipment like treadmills and rowers.
